About the Project:
This little gem is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just off University in La Mesa. There are three separate structures on the property: A main house, a one-bedroom, and a studio.
We’re working to update all three with an end product that will produce cash flow from three rentals, or allow the buyer to divide the properties into any arrangement of rental, living, or working space that suits them! This property is going to be completed in February.
